Nonprofit November, Thankful Community
Full hearts on Friday, November 2, 6-9pm
Our holiday traditions and rituals are deeply intertwined with food. But tough choices—between food or medicine, food or utilities, food or transportation, and even food or housing—mean that many of our neighbors must forgo the festive meal that graces the Thanksgiving table. In Delaware County, one in five children are considered food-insecure, meaning they don't know where their next meal may come from.
Please join us for this special First Friday as we work toward full plates and full stomachs for all of our neighbors, and enjoy an evening with hearts full of gratitude for our warm and generous community.
Live the spirit of the Thanksgiving holiday by joining family, friends, and neighbors downtown for November’s First Friday. Celebrate the joys of the season and put nourishing food on the table for ALL in our community.
And there will be many more fun, free activities for the whole family.
