A chance for kids to meet Santa on the weekends throughout December, without having to travel to a mall or large venue. This sponsorship includes your business’ name and logo on a poster inside the Strand, recognizing your contribution.
Carriage Ride Sponsor – $3,200 (2 sponsors available)
Free carriage rides take place on the weekends during the month of December and are a great addition to the Holiday celebration throughout the month! With this sponsorship your company’s name and logo will be featured on a banner that is placed on the carriage during hours of operation.
Tree Lighting Sponsor – $2,500 (1 sponsor available)
Every year Delaware has a tree lighting ceremony held outside City Hall in our community gathering space. The tree becomes the focal point of our historic downtown throughout the entire month of December, what a beautiful way to kick off the Holiday season! Your organization’s name and logo will be included on the banner in front of the tree where residents and guests of our downtown will visit throughout the month.

With the Christmas Tree becoming the focal point of our downtown during the Holiday season, the decorations are a very important part. A beautiful tree makes for a beautiful downtown! This sponsor will also have their name and logo included on the banner in front of the beautifully decorated tree.
Stage Sponsor – $1,500 (2 sponsors available)
The stage at this event is where all the action happens, the tree lighting countdown, announcements, carolers and everything in between. With this sponsorship your company’s name and logo will be featured on a banner that is displayed across the stage.
Animal Sponsor (Reindeer Rental) – $1,200 (1 sponsor available)
Your business’ name and logo on the poster in front of the reindeer pen, recognizing your contribution. Having the reindeer in town is a fun addition to the holiday weekend, bringing an authentic Christmas feel.
Life-Size Snow Globe Sponsor – $1,200 (1 sponsors available)
A human size snow globe that community members can adventure inside of for fun memories and photos. Your organization’s name and logo will be included on the banner in front of snow globe where families will have fun taking photos all night and making memories.

Your business’ logo will be on posters all over downtown as well as our website, promoting the event. Receive a shoutout on facebook when Main Street posts about the event, be mentioned in our press release for local newspapers, and finally, your business will get a booth with featured location on First Friday.

The countdown to lighting the tree is one of the most important parts of the night and we want people to hear it! This sponsor will be featured with their name and logo on the banner that is displayed across the stage.

This family-friendly downtown scavenger hunt is a neat way to explore downtown and have fun along the way! Participants will gather reindeer treats, make crafts and collect a prize at the end. The Christmas Parade is one of the communities’ favorite events of the year. Starting at Mingo Park, the parade rides through town and ends at Wilmer Street. This sponsorship includes your name and logo on all information about this event, press releases, flyers, and website as well as your name and logo on the banner strung across the first float of the parade for the entire town to see!
