*Note: There is no Santa House on First Friday, but you can visit Santa at the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck!

Main Street Delaware brings you a holiday to remember!
Main Street Delaware’s Christmas events in our downtown brings together families in our community. Our tree lighting is a magical experience. Santa and Mrs. Claus greet children and adults all month long to hear their Christmas wishes and give each one a treat. Santa joins us at our tree lighting, helping us each year to flip the switch and light our tree. Horse drawn carriage rides from Santa’s House around our downtown are among the free family activities we host throughout the month of December. All of these elements create a complete Christmas memory for each family.

Home for the Holidays!
Join us downtown on First Friday, December 1 to welcome Santa to town. All children's events are free of charge, enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride around downtown, then join us at the corner plaza, William and Sandusky streets, for our Tree Lighting ceremony.
The Holiday Open House and *new* Dash for Dasher children's scavenger hunt will continue the weekend cheer on Saturday, December 2. Downtown shop owners will have shopping specials and other fun treats for shoppers.
Finally, the Christmas Parade will take place the Sunday following First Friday. This year, the Christmas Parade will step off on Sunday, December 3 at 3 p.m.
Brand new, and most exciting of all - this Christmas we bring you...
Ever wanted to ice skate in the downtown at Christmas? Now is your chance. The rink will be set up December 1-3 at the Willis Education Center, located at 74 W. William St. Skates will be available for rental and everyone is welcome to skate.
Ice Skating Hours:
Friday, December 1 - 6-9 p.m.
Saturday, December 2 - 12-9 p.m.
Sunday, December 3 - 12-6 p.m.
