EMERSON NETWORK POWER DONATES $4,000 TO MAIN STREET DELAWARE
For the fifth consecutive year, Emerson Network Power’s Delaware manufacturing facility has donated $4,000 to Main Street Delaware to support community activities in the city’s historic downtown.
Emerson Network Power, 975 Pittsburgh Drive, is a part of St. Louis-based Emerson and is the global leader in enabling Business-Critical Continuity™ from grid to chip for telecommunication networks, data centers, and health care and industrial facilities.
Main Street is Delaware is a 501(c)(3) member-supported organization that seeks to preserve and promote historic downtown Delaware. In addition to coordinating each month’s First Friday celebration, Main Street Delaware oversees the Downtown Farmers’ Markets, maintains the downtown flower planters, and coordinates the annual Christmas tree lighting, Santa’s House, holiday parade, and more.
“Emerson Network Power is proud to be a part of Delaware and Central Ohio,” said Rob Fischer , plant manager. “As a corporation, we are pleased to continue our support of Main Street Delaware and numerous Central Ohio organizations that enhance the quality of life for our neighbors and friends.”
“Main Street Delaware is honored to have the continuing support of Emerson Network Power,” Hamilton said. “We rely on such generous gifts to fulfill our mission and to provide programming that welcomes people to the historic downtown. Emerson is a wonderful example of being an integral part of the community.”
