    Liability Waiver:  By submitting application I hold Main Street Delaware, Inc. and its officers and members harmless 
    for any and all injuries arising from participation in the 2012 Christmas Parade.

    Certificate of insurance required for Operators of Motor Vehicles
    please make sure you have proof of insurance with you the day of the parade.

    Main Street Delaware Christmas Parade Entry
    November 18, 2012 Line up is at 1pm 

Please review all instructions:

· Line up 1pm at Mingo Park
· Parade Vehicles only in line-up area
· Park extra vehicles outside Mingo Park
· Parade ends at Wilmer Street- turn left onto Wilmer Street, across Henry Street and into Branch Rickey and Selby Stadium Parking lot. 
· Pick-up parking at Branch Rickey and Selby Stadium ONLY
· No Santa or Mrs. Claus characters- They appear in the final entry ONLY.
· No alcohol or drug references. 
· Candy and gifts can be handed out by
 walkers, not thrown from floats.
· Motor vehicle operators must have proof of insurance.
