Main Street Delaware Saturday Farmers' Market
Main Street Delaware’s downtown Farmers’ Markets opened for the 2016 season on Saturday morning, May 21.
The Farmers' Market season will run through the last Saturday in October.
Any farmer, grower, producer, or baker fitting into the regular criteria laid out in the Farmers' Market Regulations may simply join us at any market. Please see the Market Manager (manager table located roughly at 28 or 29 N. Sandusky Street), fill out your registration form, pay your vendor fee and we will assign you a space for the day.
All artisan items must be juried prior to acceptance into the market. Only 15% of the overall market can be made up these types of items. Items that are directly related to the market are usually allowed, such as aprons, pot holders, pottery, etc. Please email photos of your items along with you completed application to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request within 7 days.
The popular markets will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays and from 3 to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays. The sidewalk markets are conducted on the shady side of Sandusky Street in the heart of Historic Downtown Delaware.
Main Street Farmers’ Markets offer an enticing array of seasonal fresh produce, baked goods, live and cut flowers and plants, and craft items including homemade soap and pottery. Income-eligible senior citizens can get vouchers for farmers’ market foods from the Delaware County Council for Older Adults.
Vendors can participate with a weekly $10 table fee, and can reserve tables for the entire season at a discount.
To register simply download and review the regulations and send to 20 E. Winter Street Delaware, Ohio 43015 or email us.
